"TY Cobb" Salad


This salad is a “hit” with all of these great toppings! We start with a bed of fresh Romaine, add grilled chicken, bacon, egg, avocados, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, croutons and your choice of dressing.

We start with a bed of crisp Romaine, then top that with English cucumbers, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, grape tomatoes, artichoke hearts red & green onions, Greek marinated chicken and tzatziki dressing.

The Metals Caesar

The "Big Tuna" Wrap


Chef Tyler’s FAVORITE! Ahi tuna, pineapple & Romaine lettuce, tossed in our soy ginger dressing. We add chow mein noodles for a little crunch and wrap it in a flour tortilla.

Turkey Avocado Wrap


Early in the morning we roast our turkey with Chef T’s special blend of spices that would make any Thanksgiving turkey jealous. We slice it tick and then pile on the tomatoes, avocado, cranberry cream cheese & crisp Romaine lettuce.

Greek Chicken Pizza


We start with a roasted garlic & olive oil base, then add marinated Greek chicken, Kalamata olives, caramelized onions sundried tomatoes, feta cheese and artichoke hearts. A fan favorite!
